Your tasks are varied and can be assigned to the areas of organizational development, human resources and project management.

  • You are the link between the Cologne and Sofia locations and thus make a significant contribution to the company's success

  • you work on organizational development

  • you support the development of company structures

  • You directly support the management

  • you are responsible for promoting the feedback culture

  • you are to actively drive the "feelgood management" so that every employee feels comfortable

  • you will be actively involved in the recruitment processes

  • you will play a key role in promoting team building, for example by organizing team events

  • you support the retention and development of employees

  • you organize project meetings

  • your active participation in project meetings between all project members from Germany and Bulgaria is required

  • you support the project management in operational issues

  • you are responsible for the execution of hourly checks for accounting purposes


What you should bring:

  • Experience in the areas of organizational development, human resources management for the promotion of positive change in the company

  • Experience in project management is an advantage

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Cultural awareness and the ability to collaborate effectively across cultural boundaries

  • Strong employee engagement initiative and knowledge of dealing with employee relations issues is a plus

  • Proven skills in organizing team-building activities and events

  • Experience in designing and facilitating recruitment processes, talent management and employee development

  • Analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of organizational development efforts

  • A knack for mediation and good problem-solving skills

  • The ability to identify challenges within the organization and develop strategic solutions to address them

  • Enjoys flexibility and changing assignments, as well as a high degree of initiative
